Ground works completed by Local Building Contractor FWD Construction with Elliott Modular Construction undertaking the Design & Build package.
- Planning Permission submitted 4/7/14 – received 20/8/14 (6 weeks and 2 days)
(actually received the day before we started craning in the pod units). - Cost – £900k net of fees and VAT.
